For 20 years, Bryan McDonald has been in business development and revenue growth. He is managing a company called On Purpose Growth, in which he runs the coaching side of this business. He is very passionate about what he is doing and people appreciate his works since he is focused and understands what people want to achieve.

"One of my tactics is I ask somebody towards the end of the process, I ask them so what is the one you care about most in doing all of these, taking this action or whatever. It's amazing the information will give you because they tell you their highest concern and then you get to help them take care of that, right? And that again is serving. It doesn't sound like a closing tactic, but I've learned to ask that question at the end so I can actually make sure that people will get what they want over what I want. I always make sure that they always get what they want."
