Do you have what it takes to be a good leader? Well everyone is entitled to become one, there are just some certain traits one must possess. But if you’re someone who’s lacking these qualities, don’t worry. Just work on your skills and it will develop before you know it. 

 

Spending 12 years in the army, Cody Duffney was in Explosive Ordnance Disposal, bomb squad, and was a leader of some troops for 7 to 8 years. These experiences have molded him to become an effective leader, one that you can rely on and at the same time, someone who can get the job done efficiently.

 

On this episode of the True North Man podcast, Paul and Cody talked about effective leadership and strategic communication and how it can be achieved, leadership and friendship and maintaining boundaries in between, discussed some types of leadership, both have shared some experiences in the military, and how it can mold your spiritual state.
